Simple Meeting

What is it?

The Simple Meeting template is used by businesses or individuals to organize their everyday virtual meeting space.

When to use

When leading a meeting, whether it’s recurring or stand-alone, this template helps facilitate organization and efficiency among virtual teams. Teams can meet through live video calls at the top of the slide and present their content in the larger middle area. Adding the date to the slide can help keep a record of what was discussed. The Notes and Next Steps sections offer a shared area to help teams communicate clearly and stay aligned during and after meetings.

How to use

  1. Create an agenda for the meeting within the purple Agenda section by double-clicking and typing into the space. In the submenu of the notepad, toggle the toolbar to see more editing capabilities.
  2. In the yellow Meeting Attendees section, the meeting host can record who attended or will be attending the meeting.
  3. The green Notes section is a great place to keep track of what is discussed during the meeting and what decisions have been made.
  4. In the orange Next Steps section, meeting attendees can record the action items to complete after the meeting.
  5. Once a call has been started on the board, all live videos for the meeting will automatically appear at the top of the slide.
  6. When someone would like to present or highlight content, they can simply drag and drop it into the large center container for all attendees to view.
