What is it?

This table provides categories for organized note-taking. It includes sections for information, attendees, deadlines, agenda, outcome, notes, and action items that keep the meeting on task.

When to use

It can be used during any type of meeting because it is general and helps the meeting flow well amongst its attendees and items needed to be discussed.  

How to use

  • Click the plus sign in the corner of each category to add a sticky note to that section. 
  • Make sure to go through everything on your agenda, take notes throughout the meeting, and come up with action items to work on for the next meeting.
